Popup best practices
  • Don't overwhelm visitors: Use one popup at a time. Prioritize your most important message.
  • Time it right: Delay popups by 3-5 seconds or trigger them on scroll to let visitors engage first.
  • Respect dismissals: Set reasonable frequency controls so visitors aren't shown the same popup on every visit.
  • Mobile consideration: Test popup appearance on mobile devices — ensure they're easy to close and don't block content.
