What is XO Story feeds?​

XO Story feeds is a Shopify app helps you create web stories to add to your Shopify store, taking advantage of short video content which are popular on TikTok, Instagram, or Youtube. Increase sales while keep the customers engaged on the website.

What pricing plans does XO Story feeds have?​

We currently have a Free plan and a Basic plan at $9.99 per month. For more information of the pricing plans, please visit our App page.

What themes does XO Story feeds support?​

XO Story feeds supports all Shopify themes and can be integrated to show on your homepage smoothly. However, if you encounter a scenario where our app is not supported with your theme's code, please contact our support team to look into the issue.

What data do XO Story feeds collect from visitors?​

We don’t collect anything that’s not supported by Shopify and the store’s settings.

Trial​

Can I try the app before purchasing?​

Yes, you have a free plan to use. And the Basic plan has a 7-day free trial.

What will happen after my trial ends?​

Certain features will be unavailable as they’re exclusive to the other pricing plan.

Installations​

I have installation issues, whom should I contact?​

We're always upgrading our app to meet the needs of businesses and customers. If you are facing any installation issues or you are stuck at any specific step, please reach out to us via email at [email protected]

What will happen after I uninstall the app?​

We will keep your data for 7 days, then it will be deleted from our server. Please be sure before uninstall.

Stories​

What is a story?​

A story is a short video content that you can find on TikTok or Instagram. It’s one of the most common type of content nowadays that people spend hours watching.

How long can a story be?​

You can set the story to be 1 - 5 seconds.

What can I edit with story?​

Depending on the type of templates, you can edit many elements like image, text, background. We try to keep the process simple so you need only a few seconds to create a stunning story.

Can I publish or unpublish the story?​

Yes, when a story is published, it will be shown within a widget on the storefront. When a story is unpublished, it will be hidden from the storefront.

What image files does XO Story feeds support?​

You can upload the following file types for images: jpg, png, webp.

Stories management​

What actions can I do with the stories?​

You can clone, or delete the story in the story manager.

What happens when I clone a story?​

When you clone a story, a new story will appear in the manager with all the edits that you mad with the story cloned.

What happens when I delete a story?​

All the data related to the story will be deleted, so please be sure before you delete a story.

Widget​

How many widgets can I use on the website?​

Currently, XO Story feeds supports one widget that you can use to display stories on any part of the website. In the future, we will add more widgets so you can sue for more pages with more purposes.
